S. Lee Residence

Varenhorst designed a 1,700 square foot addition to a 1920s-era Main Line home. The two-level addition includes a main floor breakfast room and family room with a below-ground playroom. The design of a 3,000 square foot, two-level outdoor terrace completed the project.
